I'm almost always tired, and feel like I don't have much energy, even though I'm only 14. I do PT once or twice a week weekly in ROTC, and work out on my own time. My grandma has taken me to doctors and they said it was depression and lack of sleep. I know in my heart that I'm not depressed, and it's hard for me to sleep. Medications have had no affects. Does anybody have any advice?

Is this good advice?

Also, I meant to put something else in the thread.

It seems that when I exercise more, I gain more weight, instead of losing it. My grandma says I'm over weight for my age and height. I'm 5 foot 6 inches, weigh 152 pounds, and am 14.25 years old.

Is this good advice?

Not sure how it is possible to be putting on weight because of exercise. Despite it not because of it. Think you have got that wrong. It may be that you are putting on weight and attributing it to that and would have put on even more without the exercise. Normal excuses usually uses up about 300 calories an hour.
